Lower Gwynedd families may borrow selected CD-ROMs from Lower
Gwynedd Library to enjoy at home on the weekends.
If you would like to borrow a CD-ROM for the weekend, please
return the attached PERMISSION SLIP which we will keep on file
in the library. Then, on each occasion when you would like to
borrow a CD-ROM, send in a note with your child. (You do not
need to specify a certain CD-ROM. Your child may choose when
he or she brings the note to the library.) Your child will bring
the CD-ROM home on Friday, and it needs to be returned first
thing Monday morning. If you have difficulty with a CD-ROM, please
inform us of the problem so we can keep the materials in good
condition.
These are expensive materials, but with proper handling we
should all be able to enjoy their use. There will be a replacement
cost for CD-ROMs that are lost or abused. Obviously, you will
consider this before borrowing a CD-ROM.
